We are an "Old Fashioned" Chocolate Shop. The majority of the candies we sell in the store are made right here in our kitchens, by us! The name of the store comes from two inspirations - the building we've been in for 20 years looks like you'd imagine a Bavarian Cottage may look. And the chocolate formula we use was originally a German Chocolate recipe - thus the name Bavarian Chocolate Haus!
